The law of attraction has certainly grown in popularity throughout the world in recent years. There are new books printed and new websites on the topic manifesting weekly. Why the intense interest? Because the law of attraction is a powerful law that has proven to be as real as the law of gravity since ancient days for many people. My bookcase is overflowing with my favorite Law of Attraction books.
With celebrities like Oprah and Will Smith sharing their positive experiences with the law of attraction, the public is most assuredly interested in learning more about the topic.
All the buzz is causing many to wonder, “What are the best law of attraction books out there?”
I’d like to share with you my favorite law of attraction books and a few of the most popular books and authors out there. There are some books specifically catered to newbies and others that are for the seasoned law of attraction veteran.
1. The Law of Attraction: The Basics of the Teachings of Abraham
This book was written by law of attraction experts, Jerry and Esther Hicks. It shares the basic Teachings of Abraham and the law of attraction. Jerry and Esther clearly explain how the law of attraction works and how you can have it work for you on a daily basis.
Learn how your thoughts create your reality or how you can manifest your dreams and goals. What I really love about this book is how it clearly teaches how the laws of the Universe are at work continually and if we do not understand them, we succumb to living a less than optimal life. Abraham teaches us that we can use the law of attraction to create a life that we love by focusing our attention on the things we want. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn the basics of the law of attraction.
2. The Secret by Rhonda Byrne
The Secret is a book compiled by Rhona Byrne in 2006 and has sold over 19 million copies worldwide. What Rhonda does is compile teachings from some of the leading experts in the law of attraction and share them in this wonderful book. The “secret” is actually the law of attraction and Rhonda wants everyone to know that they can use it to create a life full of happiness, good health, good relationships, and plenty of money.
You will find in The Secret tidbits of wisdom and testimonies of how the law of attraction is working for people who have achieved abundant success. I especially like the way the contributors discussed how the law of attraction works, but only if you are doing your part. It is not some sort of “magic” where you wave a wand and whatever you want appears. It is a law- just like gravity- that will surely work for your benefit if you understand it and line up with it.
The Vortex by Esther and Jerry Hicks
With almost half of relationships and marriages ending in divorce, relationship advice is definitely needed around the world. In this wonderful book, Jerry and Esther Hicks help readers to understand relationships better, the false ideas and problems that plague relationships, and they introduce the Vortex, which is a place of complete alignment with Source Energy.
One thing I really appreciate about this book is the focus on teaching people how to look to Source to feel happy and fulfilled and not a partner or spouse. Looking and expecting others to “make” you happy sets you up for disappointment and relationship failure. Jerry and Esther teach how to align with Source, get into the Vortex, and get your happiness solely from there.
There are so many other impressive law of attraction books out there. I will close with a list of other popular books for you to review as you continue on your journey to become more enlightened. Great news is that many of these books are available to download for free!
